Our emotions are a reflection of our thoughts which in turn affect our ability to function day - to - day
Perceived negative emotions can become a hinderance to our desire for health and abundance since we slowly find ourselves becoming more and more destructive. If we feel sad, we quickly lose interest in being productive. If we feel anger we close our minds to solutions. If we feel jealous we begin to operate from a place of lack. All of which ultimately leads to more stress on the mind and body. Postive emotions such as happiness, excitement and love gives us motivation to experience a more fruitful life. When we feel joyous we are more generous When we feel excited we seek new challenges and open ourselves to different experiences. When we feel love we can move through obstacles efficiently. It is important to not be fearful of negative emotions, they can be beneficial in helping to warn us from danger. And on the opposite coin, Too much positive emotions can cause us to miss important details which can lead to negative outcomes. The ideal state is: Balance Reiki teaches that our Emotions are merely =Energy in Motion and that we can learn from both sides. Being introspective and not allowing our emotions to consume us is the aspiring goal. So just for today, embrace your emotions. Learn to take ownership of your Energy in motion and know that what you feel is simply temporary...
